*포스트 링크는 댓글에서 클릭 가능합니다* 베스트 카페, 베이커리 상 다수 수상 필리 대표 카페 및 베이커리 추천 5: ☕  Persimmon Coffee 📍Location: 11 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19123 예전 어부들이 많이 살아 필라델피아 fishtown이라고 불리는 곳에 위치한 "감"카페 Persimmon입니다 미국 Sprudge라는 곳의 베스트 뉴 커피샵 부분에 노미네이트된 적 있는 곳입니다 Persimmon Coffee is located in Fishtown, Philadelphia It was nominated for Best New Coffee Shops by Sprudge in 2022 감이라는 이름에서 부터 동양적인 냄새가 물씬 나는 이 카페는 디자인은 일본의 미니멀함을 추구한 듯하고, "정"이 넘치는 카페 철학은 한국에서 가져온 듯 했답니다 As you can guess by the name of the cafe, the minimal interior gives a Japanese vibe, and the “Jeong” cultural spirit is influenced by Korean culture 좁은 편인 화장실에도 "당신의 있는 모습 그대로 방문해주세요," "왜냐하면 당신은 완전하게 아름답거든요," 라고 적혀있어 작은 화장실 그대로를 사랑하게 만듭니다 You can find heartwarming posters in the restroom like “Come as you are,” and “Because you are beautiful, you are complete ” 요즘은 이렇게 단순히 상품 뿐 아니라 철학을 전달하고, 커뮤니티를 형성하는 곳이 더 각광받는 것 같아요! They are doing a great job in terms of not only selling products but also sharing their philosophies and creating communities 지금까지 구매한 미국 커피 원두 중 탑 3에 들어가는 “가족” 원두 패키지에도 "당신 그대로 충분해요"라고 적혀 있는데, 너무 맛있어서 한개로는 충분하지 않아 온라인으로 재주문 예정입니다 The Gajok coffee beans which we absolutely loved also say “You are enough” on the package and we are going to re-order as one bag was not enough! 계절 마다 바뀌는 시그니처 메뉴가 $6로 제일 비싼데 알고보니 실험적인 메뉴인데, 맛은 대중적으로 바닐라 라떼보다 덜 달아 더 맜있는 라떼 였습니다 이 집 잘해… The signature menu that we tried was $6 which is kinda pricey but it has a reason It has toasted almond bitters, peach bitters etc which are not traditional It elevated the flavor of coffee and tasted better than a traditional latte! 한가지 아쉬웠던 점은 안에 앉을 수 있는 곳이 충분한 편은 아니라는 점입니다 The only flip side of Persimmon Coffee is that it has limited seating 다음 영상에서는 워싱턴으로 떠나 각종 어워즈를 수상한 카페 및 베이커리만 모아모아 소개해드릴게요 In my next video, coffee shops in DC that won awards will be introduced (팔로우 하시고 놓치지 마세요!
