The easiest way to sell clothes you don’t wear anymore in New York is to take them directly to a vintage shop! Aside from the ones featured in the video, many vintage shops buy clothes from regular people. However, the price can be hit or miss depending on who’s pricing it! LOL. For example, the Acne t-shirt we bought at a sample sale for $50 was valued at $65, so we got $20 for it. We also considered selling some never-worn Vans and Nikes online since the price offered was so low, but we ended up just getting rid of them at the shop. I recommend selling high-value items online and taking your so-so clothes to the shop. 😊 (But keep in mind, they won’t take clothes that are completely worn out… haha). If you choose cash, you’ll receive 30% of the resale value, but if you take store credit, it’s 50%, so keep that in mind!
