Pretzel Bread Recipe 🥨 Dough: 350g bread flour 175g cold water 4g instant dry yeast 18g unsalted butter 6g salt Baking Soda Water: 500ml water 20g baking soda 🔹 1 Make the Dough Mix all ingredients together (don’t forget cold water) Knead for about 10 minutes Let rest for 10 minutes 🔹 2 Shape & Rest Toast baking soda in a pan over low heat until slightly brown Divide the dough into 6 pieces and shape into smooth balls Roll into long ropes Let rest uncovered at room temp for 1 hour Then, freeze for 20 minutes 🔹 3 Soda Water Dip Boil water with baking soda Dip each pretzel for 30 seconds per side Sprinkle coarse salt and score the tops 🔹 4 Bake Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown 🥨 Enjoy your homemade pretzels! Creamy Potato Soup Recipe 🥔🧀 Ingredients: 2-3 potatoes (350g, peeled) 1 onion (140g, peeled) 2-3 garlic cloves 1 tsp butter or vegetable oil (15g) 200ml water or chicken stock 250ml milk 200ml heavy cream or sour cream 50g cheese 3g salt 🔹 1 Prep the Ingredients Slice potatoes garlics and onions (no need to be too precise since they’ll be blended later) 🔹 2 Cook the Onions Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat Add onions and sauté for 10 minutes until soft and translucent 🔹 3 Cook the Potatoes Add potatoes and 200ml water (or chicken stock) Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until soft 🔹 4 Blend the Soup Add milk and cream or sour cream Simmer for 2 minutes Let cool slightly, then blend to your desired texture 🔹 5 Finish with Cheese Add cheese and simmer for 5 more minutes 🥣 Serve warm & enjoy! #homemade #pretzel #potatosoup 🍽️
