Today I’m gonna show you how to make Jjajangmyeon (짜장면) Jjajangmyeon (Jja-jahng-myun) is noodles in black bean sauce It's part of Korean-Chinese cuisine, known as Junghwa Yori Jjajangmyeon used to be eaten on special occasions, like birthdays, graduation, or moving day Now its more common and eaten on regular days as well You might have seen this dish a lot on Korean dramas, usually being delivered to their home It's one of the most popular delivery foods in Korea, even though it's a noodle dish (that's how fast delivery is in Korea!)
