Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 cup chopped kimchi 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 3/4 cup cold water 1/4 cup kimchi broth/liquid *1/2 cup chopped green onion into strips (optional) oil Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well In a large frying pan on medium high heat, add enough oil to cover the whole surface (about 1 TBSP) Add half of the batter and spread it out as thin as you can Cook for around 2 mins or until the bottom of the pancake is golden brown and crispy Flip it over Cook the other side for around 2 mins as well Cut it up and enjoy!
