In this video, I used Chinese cabbage sprout as a material. Seeing the sprouts of cabbage, which could only be seen after waiting in the open field for as little as 3 days or as much as a week, germinate indoors in 1-2 days, I felt a different charm. From my personal experience, the sprout of radish has been common, but this is the first time I have encountered Chinese cabbage as sprout vegetables. The appearance seems to be a reduced sprout of radish, and when harvesting sprouts with scissors, it resembles the smell of radish sprouts. How about trying to grow sprout vegetables as well.
