KOTRA LA IP DESK에서 상표/디자인특허/실용특허 출원 및 법률의견서/침해감정서 작성 업무를 대리할 수행대리 법률사무소를 아래와 같이 모집합니다 관심있는 분들의 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드리겠습니다 • 신청서 접수 기간: 2022년 2월 28일(월) ~ 3월 14일(월) • 신청서 접수 방식: laipdesk kotra@gmail com로 신청서 요청 • 선정 결과 발표: 2022년 3월 말 ~ 4월 중순 개별 통보 • 문의: laipdesk kotra@gmail com, 323 954 9500X142 □ 지원 자격 요건 지원 자격 요건은 아래와 같습니다 아래의 기준은 최소 요건이며, 최소 요건에 미달할 시 선정되지 않음을 안내 드립니다 - KOTRA IP-DESK의 지재권 기업지원 업무 또는 법률자문 업무를 수행할 수 있는 자격 및 능력이 있는 미국 법률사무소 - 미국 변호사, USPTO 등록 변리사 및 특허변호사 등 지식재산법 전문인력 1명 이상 보유 필수 - 해당 분야에서 최소 5년 이상 업무 수행 경력을 지닌 전문 인력 1명 이상 보유 필수 - 미국 상표/특허 출원 업무를 최소 5년 이상 수행한 전문인력 1명 이상 보유 필수 - 한국어/국문으로 원활한 의사 소통이 가능한 전문인력 1명 이상 보유 필수 - 최근 3년간 한국 기업 출원 업무를 1회 이상 수행한 경력 필수 KOTRA LA IP DESK is seeking IP law firms to serve as legal representatives for filing trademark/design patent/utility patent applications and drafting a legal opinion letter for companies based in South Korea □ Eligibility requirements Please find below the required qualifications These are the minimum requirements, and applicants not meeting the requirements will not be considered - U S IP law firms with qualifications and abilities to carry out KOTRA LA IP-DESK’s IP related work for Korean companies - Must have one or more IP attorneys, patent attorneys, or USPTO patent agents - Must have one or more IP attorneys, patent attorneys, or USPTO Patent agents with at least 5 years of experience in intellectual property - Must have one or more IP attorneys with at least 5 years of experience in U S trademark and patent applications - Must have one or more IP attorneys, patent attorneys, or USPTO patent agents who are proficient in Korean - Must have filed one or more trademark or patent applications for Korean companies in the last 3 years
