ingredients - 1oz King Oyster Mushroom, 1oz radish, 1oz onion, 1oz green pumpkin, 3.5oz potato, 1/2 tofu, 1/2 scallion, 1oz shepherd’s purse, 1tbsp shrimp powder, 1tbsp shiitake powder, 1tbsp anchovy powder, 100ml chopped chili pepper, 2tbsp cooking wine, 1tbsp chili pepper powder, 3tbsp soybean paste, 3tbsp minced garlics recipe - 1. Slice potato, green pumpkin, radish, onion. 2. Slice scallion, king oyster mushrooms, shepherd's purses, tofu. 3. Oil a pot and fry minced garlic, scallion in there. 4. Add soybean paste, cooking oil and fry them. 5. Add shrimp+shiitake+anchovy powder and fry them. 6. Add chili pepper powder, vegetables, some water and fry them. 7. Add 800ml water. 8. When the stew is boiling, remove its foam. 9. Add tofu. 10. Add shepherd's purses, chili peppers and keep boiling them. instagram :   / ddookdak
