제육볶음 : Jeyuk Bokkeum (Spicy Korean Stir Fry Pork) | Ordinary Kitchen 오디너리 키친

Good day everybody! Welcome back to Ordinary Kitchen! Today I will be making a very simple Spicy Korean Stir Fry Pork (제육볶음) I love making this because its quick and delicious! This recipe is the most simplest version without adding in other vegetables! You can add cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, anything you like~ If you like the video, please click 'Like' and Subscribe! Ingredients for Marinade: 2 tbs gochugaru 1 tbs gochujang 2 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs mirin 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbs corn syrup or honey 1 tbs sugar 1 minced garlic 1 tsp ginger black pepper water to mix Other Ingredients: 1 pound thinly sliced pork shoulder or pork belly 1/2 onion chopped however you like (not too small though) 1 green onion 1 tbs cooking oil sesame seeds (optional) Recipe: 1 Mix in ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl 2 Cut pork and mix with marinade 3 Add in chopped onion and mix with marinade 4 Marinade for 30 minutes or overnight or cook right away (optional) 5 Heat up pan to medium high and add in cooking oil 6 Add in pork mixture into pan when hot and constantly stir (For crispier pork, cook in smaller batches, it can become a bit wet from all the moisture, but sometimes I like it that way!) 7 Add in green onions after a minute 8 After pork is cooked, place over rice or eat by itself, garnish with sesame seeds and green onion My Gear: Camera + Lens: Fujifilm X-T30 Lens: XF18-55mm Mic: Rode VideoMicPro Tripod: Music: elevator pitch 2 (prod JUST IN) Instagram: prod just in Website: My stuff: Instagram: odnr kitchen Email: OrdinaryKitchenYT@gmail com New Videos Wednesdays around 2PM Unsure for now but will keep updated on instagram!
